We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days, orders are shipped on weekdays (Mon-Fri).

All orders are shipped from our mill in Yorkshire, for any orders where duties are applicable Pepper Lee will pay for any duty charges. We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 3 working days, Europe 3-7 working days and Rest of the World 7-10 working days. All our orders are dispatched on a DHL courier service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address when ordering. We do not ship to PO boxes.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Pepper Lee, should you not be happy and wish to return your order we will refund or exchange your item provided the item is returned to us within 28 days of receipt of goods. Please see our delivery and returns policy for more information.
